Custom website
A fully custom static site, designed around homeowners searching for a general contractor rather than a showroom.
Case study · Bighorn Builders
A fully custom website, native booking system and independent CRM foundation for a family-run Reno/Sparks general contractor. After proving what was possible with Premier Cabinet & Granite, the next step was to give Bighorn the brand and infrastructure it needed before paid acquisition scaled up.

The starting point
Bighorn Builders is a long-standing, family-run general contractor serving Reno and Sparks.
The opportunity was broader than simply making the company look better online. The site needed to position Bighorn as the contractor itself, not as a showroom, and create a clean path from high-intent search traffic to a qualified enquiry or booked conversation.
That meant the website, CRM, booking flow, conversion tracking and follow-up had to be considered together before a larger advertising program was added.
What was built
Bighorn needed its own front door, its own booking flow and its own communications without duplicating the shared team behind PC&G.
A fully custom static site, designed around homeowners searching for a general contractor rather than a showroom.
Live appointment availability is pulled directly from the CRM calendar. No embedded third-party scheduling widget.
The public site never exposes private CRM credentials. Booking requests pass through a server-side layer before reaching the CRM.
Bighorn received its own dedicated CRM sub-account, calendar, custom fields and customer records rather than sharing PC&G's setup.
Confirmations and reminders now send from Bighorn's own domain with its own email authentication and reputation.
A new Lodge Classic identity, logo system and transactional email suite give Bighorn a distinct brand while still reading as PC&G's trusted construction partner.
Brand identity
The first step was modernising the identity so Bighorn could show up as its own established contractor brand before acquisition scaled.

After

Why the order matters
The website and CRM were treated as acquisition infrastructure first. The goal was to modernize the brand, create a stronger destination and make sure the back-end system was ready before paid traffic was asked to perform.

Website + CRM
Once a homeowner enquires or books, the information can pass into GoHighLevel and trigger the internal workflow instead of requiring the team to re-enter the lead manually.
This is the part that makes the website commercially useful after launch.
Current stage
The system is built to support acquisition. Paid-media results should only be added once there is enough real campaign data to say something useful.
“The website is not the end product. It is the front door to the sales system.”
The Bighorn build philosophy
Why it matters
Bighorn demonstrates custom development, CRM thinking, booking integration and customer-journey design as one connected project.
What comes next
Once paid search and other acquisition channels are active, this page can evolve from a build case study into a full customer-acquisition case study with real performance data.
