These terms apply to your use of solcreativestudios.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

No agreement until we sign one

The site describes our services. Sending a form, completing the scorecard or booking a call doesn't create a client relationship or commit either of us to anything. Any work we do together is covered by a separate written agreement.

The Direct Booking Scorecard

The scorecard gives a rough estimate based on the answers you choose, the middle of the revenue band you pick and the assumptions shown with your results. Real platform fees depend on your account, market, pricing and booking mix, so your actual numbers will differ.

The scorecard and the rest of the site are general information. They aren't financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions based on them.

Results and case studies

Case studies describe what happened for specific clients, with their own budgets, markets and circumstances. They show what our work has done, not what it will do for you. We don't guarantee any particular level of leads, bookings, revenue or return on ad spend.

Other companies and platforms

We refer to Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Hostaway, Guesty, OwnerRez, Lodgify, Hospitable, Google, Meta and other companies to explain how our work fits with their products. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so. Their names and trademarks belong to them.

Fees, policies and features on those platforms change. What we describe was accurate to our knowledge when written. Check the platform's current terms before relying on it.

Our content

The writing, design, photography, video and code on this site belong to Sol Creative Studios or the clients and licensors who gave us permission to use them. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please don't copy, republish or reuse our content without written permission.
