Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what you send us through our forms plus basic information about how you found the site. We use it to reply to you, follow up about our services and measure our advertising. We don’t sell it.
Who we are
This website is run by Sol Creative Studios, LLC, a marketing agency based in the United States. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@solcreativestudios.com.
What you tell us
When you send the Let's Talk form, we collect your name, email address, business name, website, the services you're interested in and your message.
When you complete the Direct Booking Scorecard, we collect your name, email address, company name, your phone number if you add one and your answers to the six questions.
What we collect automatically
- How you found us. The page you landed on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs). These are kept in your browser for the visit and sent along if you submit a form.
- Technical details with a form. Your IP address, browser type and approximate country, used to block spam and to measure our advertising.
- Advertising cookies. If we're running ads, the Meta Pixel and Google tag set cookies that tell us whether an ad led to a visit or an inquiry.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and send you your scorecard results
- To follow up by email or phone about the services you asked about
- To keep a record of inquiries and manage our sales pipeline
- To stop spam and abuse of our forms
- To understand which ads and pages bring in inquiries, so we spend our marketing budget well
Emails from us
If you contact us or complete the scorecard, we may email you about your inquiry and our services. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@solcreativestudios.com. Where an email includes an unsubscribe link, that works too.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We use a small number of providers to run the site and our business. They process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, processes form submissions and runs the spam check (Turnstile).
- Google stores inquiries in Google Sheets, sends our emails through Google Workspace, serves the site's fonts and, when enabled, measures Google Ads.
- GoHighLevel is our customer relationship management system, where we keep contact details and notes about inquiries.
- Meta measures our Facebook and Instagram ads through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. When you submit a form, we send Meta your email address, name and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, plus your IP address and browser details, so it can match the inquiry to an ad.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights. If our business changes hands, it may pass to the buyer or successor.
Advertising choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also control how ads are shown to you through Meta ad preferences, Google ad settings and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. Blocking cookies won't stop the forms from working.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and scorecard details for as long as they're useful for our relationship with you and for our business records. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, ask and we'll delete it unless we have to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, such as objecting to certain uses of your information. Email hello@solcreativestudios.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm it's you before acting on a request.
Security
Form submissions are sent over encrypted connections and access to our records is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Where your information is processed
We're based in the United States and our providers mostly process data there. If you're outside the US, your information will be transferred to and handled in the US.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll make them clear on the site. Questions about this policy go to hello@solcreativestudios.com.
